helpful staff comfortable bed great location
I found the staff to be helpful. The price was good. the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. I also noted it was clean. It is very close to the Gran Via. There is a great coffee shop across the road to get breakfast.

I found the central location very convenient. It was close to attractions and transport. the staff were helpful, giving me a ground floor room due to my large suitcase. the room provided a kettle and fridge. I appreciated this amenity since my last accommodation lacked it.
the bathroom lacked ventilation, and i sensed a slight dampness in the room.

Charming Central Stay
perfect location easy trip helpful staff
The location was perfect. It made walking to many tourist spots simple. I really liked the shuttle bus station was very close for an easy trip to the airport. The staff allowed me to keep my bags before check-in. This allowed more freedom to explore without being weighted down.
My room was near street level so a bit noisy. The street noise filtered in when the window remained opened. Black-out curtains may help with this.

the room was clean and had free coffee. the location was central to many main attractions. public transport was also close, even walkable from sol. the staff was helpful.
the room was small and had old fashioned furniture. it was like a boarding school room. there was so much noise at night, sleep was impossible (i really needed it).

I found the location quite central, near shops and several dining options. The room had a mini fridge, very useful. Free water bottles were available in the mini fridge. The front desk staff was helpful suggesting a local restaurant.
The room was a bit small, but it was manageable for my short stay.

Many cafes and bistros were located nearby, giving me several options for meals. I noticed a Spanish restaurant close to the hotel that I enjoyed very much. Suggestions from the front desk were valuable.

i found the location superb. it was central and near two tube stations. the staff was very nice as well.
my room was small and the furniture was old fashioned. it was like a boarding school room. there was much noise at night , made sleeping impossible.
